Privacy Policy

This Policy describes how the aisendo service (the «Service») processes user data in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data». The operator is the owner of the Service.

1. What data we process

• Telegram ID, username and profile name;
• email address — when signing in via the website (Google / Yandex);
• photos the User uploads for generation (may contain images of people);
• text prompts and generation history;
• payment data: the fact of payment, amount and payment identifier. Bank card details are not transferred to or stored by the Service — they are processed by the YooKassa payment service.

2. Purposes of processing

Data is processed solely to provide the service — generating images and videos, crediting and deducting energy, accepting payments, and operating and supporting the Service.

3. Legal basis

Processing is carried out on the basis of the User's consent, which is given by starting to use the Service and accepting the public offer.

4. Transfer to third parties

To provide the service, data is transferred to:

• third-party neural-network providers — uploaded photos and text prompts, only to the extent necessary for generation;
• the YooKassa payment service (NBCO YooMoney LLC) — data required to process the payment and issue a fiscal receipt under Russian law 54-FZ.

The Service does not sell or transfer data for advertising purposes.

5. Storage and protection

Data is stored on a secured server with restricted access. Generated images and uploaded files are kept for as long as needed to operate the Service, after which they may be deleted.

6. Retention period

Data is processed for the duration of the User's use of the Service and until the User withdraws consent. Payment data is retained for the period required by law for accounting and tax purposes.

7. User rights

The User may request information about the processing of their data, its correction or deletion, and may withdraw consent. To do so, write to Telegram: @super4pony.

8. Changes to this policy

The current revision of the Policy is always available at this address. Material changes take effect upon publication.
