Terms of Service (Public Offer)

aisendo service. Revision of 01.06.2026.

1. General

This document is a public offer made by the owner of the aisendo service (the «Provider») to any legally capable individual (the «User»).

The «Service» is the website aisendo.com / app.aisendo.com, the Telegram bot @aisendobot and the related mini app that allow generating images and videos using neural networks.

By starting to use the Service the User fully and unconditionally accepts these terms (acceptance). If the User disagrees, they must stop using the Service.

2. Subject

The Provider grants the User access to the Service features for generating images and videos from a text description and/or photos uploaded by the User.

3. Energy (tokens) and payment

• Access to generation is granted in exchange for the Service's internal units — «energy» (tokens).
• Energy is purchased in Russian rubles by bank card or via the Faster Payments System (SBP). Payments are processed by the YooKassa payment service (NBCO YooMoney LLC); card data is handled by YooKassa and is not transferred to the Provider.
• Package prices are shown in the Service in rubles and include all applicable taxes.
• Energy is not money, an electronic means of payment or cryptocurrency, and cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn.
• Prices and packages may change; energy already credited does not expire because of such changes.
• Payment is deemed complete once confirmed by the payment service. Energy is credited to the User's balance automatically.

4. Provision of the service

• Generation starts at the User's request; each generation deducts the amount of energy stated in the Service.
• If a generation fails due to a technical error, the deducted energy is refunded to the User's balance automatically.
• Generation results are provided «as is»; the Provider does not guarantee that a result matches the User's subjective expectations.

5. User obligations

The User undertakes not to use the Service to:

• upload photos of third parties without their consent;
• create materials that violate applicable law or the rights of third parties, or that are offensive, pornographic, extremist or otherwise prohibited;
• mislead other people, including creating defamatory imagery.

The User is solely responsible for the content they create and distribute.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided «as is». The Provider is not liable for interruptions, for the actions of third-party services (including neural-network providers, the payment service and Telegram), or for how the User uses generation results.

7. Refunds

A generation service is deemed rendered at the moment the result is delivered. As energy is consumed on the paid service at the moment of generation, money for energy already spent is not refunded, except where directly required by the law of the Russian Federation.

For an unused energy balance the User may request a refund within 14 days of payment by writing to Telegram @super4pony with the payment date and amount. Refunds are made via the original payment method.

8. Changes

The Provider may amend this offer. The current revision is always available at this address. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the changes.
